Post Is this bad parenting?
So, my son has always taken an interest in my gaming. With him being only 5 and most of my games not exactly being age appropriate we have been working our way through the tedious, repetitive Lego titles.

Having spent about an hour on Harry Potter this afternoon he stuck around when I popped on MW, picked up his controller and asked which button did the shooting.

Soooo, I went on private split screen and let him have a play around trying to find me and shoot me. He told me he doesn't want to play Lego tomorrow and wants to do this again.

Should I feel guilty? Am I a bad parent and should nip this in the bud?

P.S. Watching him pointing at the ground and spinning around reminded me of when I first went online with COD3.

Handicappedninja started out at around 6 playing cod4 with me and a bunch of hell squad in private match. We would all hide and let him find us as shoot us. Mason and arty spent hours doing this with him.

Great times!!

Any time he wants some more targets in a private game let me know...I know when to be kid friendly in the lobby!!

Horrible parenting. Shall be ashame.

Jk. As long as they know to keep the violence in game and not in real life...

Hey, he may turn out like Ninja, better than the dad himself (aka English) :D

My son is 11 and has never played COD or any other FPS.

He spends all his time on Minecraft, Pokemon, Wii etc.

My thinking is that if he wants to play COD, I will let him play with me, but not online.

So far, he has no interest in playing.
