Post Training schedules
It is time we started to host more permanent training schedules for the clan in BF4, and this will be where we practice different things. The sessions will offer exactly the same if G hosts it or War hosts it.

To begin with, we’ll start doing team communication and get that down, and then move on. The game modes might not always stay the same, but for now we’ll do TDM the first few times to make sure this mode is one we master well since this is where we get matches these days.

In these sessions, we will be focused and we will observe stricter coms. This means less banter and more tactical talk. Those who are not attending, will be asked to leave the party.

If more than 8 people join for one of these sessions, a squad leader will have to be appointed there and then and it is expected that those of you who attend will listen to that person and play just as seriously.

This is training, this is what we do to get better so even if you disagree with a decision made, leave that criticism until after a round, and keep it constructive! Even squad leaders have to learn, and just as importantly, we all need to learn to follow one.

Starting on Monday 20th of April and every monday after that, the schedule is as follows:

12pm EST-2pm EST Ghztr will be the host

3pm EST-5pm EST Quppodill will be the host

7pm EST-9pm War will be the host

9pm EST- 11pm EST Jules will be the host

With this schedule we should be able to cover all of you. You are of course invited to join whichever one you want to, and even more than one if you feel like it, but your presence in at least one of them would be appreciated(but NOT required).

If you have any questions or ideas, bring them to Ghztr, Quppodill, War or Jules and we’ll look into them for you.

We look forward to getting some good trainings in with you all.

I won't be able to make the first 2, although I guess those are primarily R2 so that's okay. I'll do my best to get on for the 2 "R1" practices.

R2 had some really good games yesterday, we worked really well as a team. If there is one thing to point a finger at, we weren't serious enough all the time(not always a bad thing). Next time we'll get the show going a bit earlier and get more good games in. We need to make one person a squad leader next time and work a bit harder on that part. Not that our anarchistic community last night(no leader, but we all adapted beautifully) didn't do the job for the most part, we still have to try working on that. :D

+ Teamwork, we all adapted nicely to the situations.
+ Revives, we did well on that and people gave 100 revives when possible.
+ call outs
+ Blocking incoming paths
+ backing up team mates in combat, we moved beautifully when defending
- Leadership, we all failed at taking charge and being vocal about orders.
- Due to no leadership, we did get overrun one or two times too many
And an extra + for bouncing back when being overrun and adapting to the situation, setting up new defensive position in another place.

Locker was our best map, med bay and the surrounding area didn't get taken once away from us even if it came close a couple of times.

Golmud was perhaps the most fun. We lost our defensive position twice, but we managed to bounce back and set up new defensive positions both times and won the match.

Team set up:
3x assault
1x support
1x recon

I can make the next 2 unless something spectacularly dramatic wanders along uninvited. :handgestures-salute:

Post Re: Training schedules
If I could just make a suggestion. If this week was different because of the 5pm EST training for this Friday's DFE match understood. However, I did show up for the 8pm EST training only to find there wasn't one, everyone rolled out. If there is going to be a schedule and people are planning things around that schedule, it would be cool if it was kept. If we are going to do something different, or it's going to be cancelled, would be nice if it was posted on this thread. Not a big deal, just would have been nice.

Also, what is R2 and R1?

I did enjoy the later matches we had between 10pm and 12pm EST, the comms and teamwork were great fun.

Sorry I got confused about the times last night for practice... Luckily I joined on War and got some TDM training in with that one instead. Will make sure I get my schedule right next time. GG's all and thanks to leadership for running these sessions.
